It may be hard for the things in your life that you really need, but there are possibilities for a few dollars and not feel disadvantaged.
1. Internet, you really speed cable modem or dial-up or DSL work for you? DSL in general is much cheaper, and if your new computer is not aware, you can speed difference in the majority of Internet usage.
2. Home Phone – How many did you really phone home? Can you imagine using your mobile? How is the mobile phone reception in your house or apartment? Make a lot of long distance calls? Can you use your mobile phone instead of long distance? These are all questions to consider as you pull the plug on the fixed phone.
3. A / C – If you live in a fairly temperate climate, you can not directly with the A / C as much. Tip: During the day, if you’re not home, close the blinds and curtains. This is the hot sun and keep your house / apartment cool.
4. Heat – As we said in February, it seems, than the cold and snow will never end. But to our fuel, there are some things to evaluate. If your windows are old and not so efficient, you do not need to replace. Consider the plastic winterizing kits sold hardware stores and home centers. Or, if you still want to be able to open it, so close your blinds or hang curtains. An extra layer between you and the cold air makes a big difference.
5. Cable – Yes, cable TV is fun, but it is expensive. I have a digital package from Comcast now and it’s expensive, but I’m back. One of my favorite shows one of the few things I saw on HBO begins its new season until the fall because the writers strike. I went to HBO through the summer, but I decided to cancel. But here’s the sweet part: HBO shows some (hopefully my ad appear in the list) is now available on iTunes. So instead of the additional cost of $ 15 per month for HBO, I can for $ 8 per month and buy them from iTunes.
